Beginning this season, I'll be teaching weekly community classes inside Sen Wellness House's beautiful Himalayan Salt Room.
Surrounded by warm salt walls and a calming atmosphere, these classes combine movement, breath, and nervous system support in one restorative environment.
Whether you're seeking strength, stillness, or simply an hour to reconnect with yourself, this space offers a beautiful opportunity to pause and reset.
