Every project in The Alchemy Agency concludes with a Somatic Integration Handoff. We also offer monthly "Pulse Checks" if you want ongoing support to keep your business's nervous system regulated.

Do you offer payment plans for high-level investments?

We can finalize a schedule that aligns with your cash flow during the onboarding process.

do you work with my existing team or bring your own?

We are flexible. The Aura is a high-level production tier, and we can act as the "Master Alchemist" (Creative Director) for your preferred photographers and stylists, or we can bring in our trusted network of conscious creators to handle the entire editorial narrative from start to finish.

Do I need to have a business already established to work with you?

We work with both "Seed-Stage" visionaries and established brands. If you are just starting, we usually recommend beginning with The Roots to ensure your foundation is built on sustainability rather than a "growth-at-all-costs" mindset.

do you travel for production and art direction?

Yes. The Aura is our high-level production tier for cinematic campaigns. While we are currently based in California, we travel globally to scout locations, direct sets, and manage production. Travel fees are handled separately from the creative direction investment, and we handle all the logistical heavy lifting for you.

What is the typical timeline for a project?

Strategy and Visual Identity projects typically span 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the depth of the work. We move at the speed of "Right Timing"—fast enough to build momentum, but slow enough to ensure every detail is intentional.
